Year 4 brought Ancient Rome to life during a brilliant themed day of learning, teamwork and creativity! The day began with a fascinating visit from Mrs De Voy, who shared real Roman artefacts and taught pupils Latin commands before they transformed into a disciplined Roman army, marching in formation on the playground. Later, pupils explored Roman art and design, creating colourful mosaics and designing their own shields inspired by powerful Roman symbols. A truly inspiring day that made history
