I returned a couple wigs to them last March and never received a refund. Their phones and website are claim they'll return in a few weeks and no one is available to speak to! They been gone since March with my refund money.

Dec 16, 2024 · Premiums didn't go down when my wife turned 65 a couple years ago, but BSBS does 'refund' us something close to $500 because they're 'secondary' for her now. I'll be 65 next spring, so even factoring in the 'refund' for me, my insurance cost every month is going up a good chunk due to Medicare.
