Eric M. Bieniemy Jr. (bee-EN-uh-me; [1] born August 15, 1969) is an American football coach and former running back who is currently the running backs coach for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Colorado Buffaloes and is their all-time leader in rushing yards (3,940) and touchdowns (42).

Eric Bieniemy completed his first year as associate head coach and offensive coordinator in his return to UCLA in 2024. Bieniemy previously served as the Bruins’ running backs coach for three years from 2003-05, adding the title of recruiting coordinator in 2005 before embarking on a successful professional coaching career.
