Russian mermaid performer Mariia Zelenina said she was attacked by a Chinese sturgeon at China’s Xishuangbanna Primitive Forest Park.

An aquatic mermaid performer was swimming in an aquarium tank in China when she ran afoul of a human-sized fish that took a chomp on her head. Thankfully, the performer sustained only minor injuries in the incident, which was captured in video footage as onlookers watched in horror.
