If there was anything to take away from Monday’s press conference, it’s this: The Jets are Aaron Glenn’s show. Glenn and Mougey will work together, and the historically over-involved Johnson still lingers, but the Jets will be a team cultivated in Glenn’s vision.

Monday brought our first look at Aaron Glenn, head coach of the New York Jets. And while we’ll be the first to admit that winning the opening press conference is highly overrated (not losing it is far more important, just ask Adam Gase), the way Glenn won the day on Monday got our attention.

Glenn, who played cornerback under Parcells with the Jets from 1997-99 and then with the Cowboys in 2005 and 2006, is the Jets new head coach.
