Toledo, Ohio is basically the DMZ of the state with the city having split loyalties between the Michigan Wolverines and Ohio State Buckeyes. The maize and blue tend to have more luck securing top talent from that city than from others within the Buckeye State.

The Wolverines are looking to lure two high-end tailbacks in the 2026 class to Ann Arbor in Mineral (Va.) Louisa County five-star Savion Hiter and Forney (Tx.) four-star Javian Osborne.
