Azerbaijan’s Aliyev says crashed jetliner was shot down by Russia unintentionally, calls for apology
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev said on Sunday the Azerbaijani airliner that crashed last week was shot down by Russia, albeit unintentionally.
