The 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 17 will recognize Lady Gaga as an innovator and Mariah Carey as icon of the year.

Thirteen-time Grammy Award, Academy Award and Golden Globe Award-winning artist Gaga will receive the 2025 iHeartRadio Innovator Award, and Carey, the best-selling female artist of all time, will be honoured with the 2025 iHeartRadio Icon Award.
