Manchester City captain Alex Greenwood says she was “shocked” by the departure of head coach Gareth Taylor. The announcement of Taylor’s exit on Monday came just five days before City play Chelsea in the Women’s League Cup final on Saturday. Former MLS and City coach Nick Cushing will take charge of the team for the rest of the season.
