The Miami Heat are on a "short list" of preferred teams for Sacramento Kings star De'Aaron Fox in the event he's traded, according to Yahoo Sports'

According to NBA insider Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports, De’Aaron Fox is open to the Sacramento Kings trading him to the San Antonio Spurs, Miami Heat or Houston Rockets. The Kings are expected to open up talks to potentially trade Fox.

De'Aaron Fox and the Sacramento Kings are seemingly headed for a breakup. The Athletic's Sam Amick reported Tuesday that Fox's agent, Rich Paul of Klutch Sports, has advised the Kings it would be wise for them to move him now,
