Investigators have identified two people of persons of interest tied to the grisly discovery of a handless, toothless burnt body that was in a shopping cart under a Yonkers bridge, according to law enforcement sources.

Police arrested a man on Friday for murder and related charges in connection to the remains of a Bronx man that were found between a borough apartment and in a burning shopping cart in Yonkers on the same day last month.
