Minnesota House Democrats have returned to the state Capitol after reaching a power-sharing agreement with Republicans, ending a stalemate that prevented the chamber from conducting business for more than three weeks.

Leaders in the Minnesota House on Wednesday night announced they reached a deal to end a stalemate that has paralyzed the chamber for weeks.GOP and DFL leaders in a news release said they reached an agreement about how the chamber will be organized for the next two years,
