The Marblehead School of Ballet and North Shore Civic Ballet's fifth annual winter clothing drive collected a record 224 garments.

MARBLEHEAD, MA — Marblehead has declared a snow emergency parking ban ahead of a winter wallop that could bring 6 inches of snow or more to the North Shore late Sunday into early Monday.
