Over the past week, many West Virginians were placed under a Winter Storm Warning as Winter Storm Blair blew across the state, but what made Blair a winter storm instead of a blizzard?

We're keeping an eye on a massive winter storm system bringing a lot of sleet, snow, and ice toward Georgia in the next few hours.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for almost all of north Georgia, including all of metro Atlanta, from 5 a.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Saturday. Areas in the winter storm warning could see up to 3 inches of snow and up to one-third inch of ice.
