Nearly 20 years after making 'Walk the Line', James Mangold says the 2007 parody 'Walk Hard' didn't scare him off from the musical biopic genre.

Though "Walk Hard" heavily spoofed Mangold's "Walk the Line," the director never saw the satire as a death knell for the musical biopic.
