With Tubi airing Fox Sports' Super Bowl LIX broadcast live on its platform this year, the free streaming service has plans that go beyond the big game matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs.

A full rebrand later, Tubi is teeing up its return to the Super Bowl—which is once again on Fox—with a 10-second teaser. The spot visits a couple’s sonogram appointment, in which the technician reveals that their future child is a boy—and that he will be in a Super Bowl commercial.

The free streamer, owned by Fox, is planning its own Super Bowl programming around fashion and celebrities as well as two ad spots.

Tubi teamed up again with agency Mischief @ No Fixed Address for a 30-second spot that will air during the Super Bowl.

Super Bowl LIX will be available on Tubi in 4K resolution. This will be the streaming service's biggest live event yet.

The 2025 Super Bowl will be held at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. This game will mark the 8th time Caesars Superdome has hosted the Super Bowl. The last time was in 2013 when the Baltimore Ravens beat the San Francisco 49ers 34-31. Kendrick Lamar is headlining Super Bowl LIX, with a guest appearance by SZA confirmed.

Fox announced on Wednesday that Super Bowl LIX will stream live on Tubi, its free, ad-supported streaming service, when it kicks off on February 9th, 2025. You’ll be able to stream the game in 4K for free from the service’s app on your phone or smart TV, but you’ll need an account to watch.

Most of us in the States can always watch Super Bowl LIX for free if we have a local Fox station. Now, cord-cutters can watch the game for free as well on the relatively obscure Tubi streaming service .

On Super Bowl Sunday, Fox will have its Super Bowl LIX pregame show, with Tubi also streaming Tubi Red Carpet at Super Bowl LIX, which will be hosted by Olivia Culpo and cover the “celebrity, fashion and culture behind America’s biggest sports event.”
