The Jets have agreed to hire Tanner Engstrand as their next offensive coordinator. The agreement between the team and the former passing-game coordinator for the Lions was first reported by KRPC 2 in Houston.

Lions passing game coordinator Tanner Engstrand was hired as the New York Jets' offensive coordinator, the team announced Friday.

The Jets reportedly also are hiring Chuck Harris as defensive backs coach and defensive passing games coordinator and Aaron Curry as linebackers coach.
