A 22-year-old Minneapolis man is charged with two counts of second-degree murder in the killing of 32-year-old Lul Dak Chak of Iowa, charging documents state.

Two people died and three others, including two teenage girls, were injured in a downtown Minneapolis shooting early Saturday. Police responded to a call around 2 a.m. and found five victims aged between 16 and 21.
