Tropical Storm Barry is expected to produce heavy rainfall in northeastern Mexico. Life-threatening flooding and mudslides are possible. The National Hurricane Center is also tracking a disturbance in northern Florida, which forecasters say has a 20% chance of formation in the next 7 days.
