Is there anything else in the area that you could combine a visit to the lighthouse with?
A:
National Glass Centre or failing that try the lighthouse in Tynemouth (St Mary's), you can then do the Tynemouth Priory too, decent day out!

No a cant remember how much it was but fairly expensive if there is a few people as well
