There is a wheel chair lift that will take you from ground level to the first floor and the Jello exhibit And it will take you to the bathrooms in the basement. The lift is attached to the porch just off the parking lot. The transportation exhibit is not accessible. There are three steps down to that level. If you need help call the desk and someone will come to help you. The number is posted on the lift door.
I'm not sure - we only had a car and there was street parking in front of the museum. You may want to call the museum to be sure - the number is (585) 768-7433.
