A lot of homes and inns are around the Battery. Few of the closest John Rutledge House and Elliott House Inn. They are within 0.5 miles. The Battery Carriage house is across the street. Very beautiful and one of the most haunted locations in Charleston. So the stories are told.

You could hire a local transport co. for your guests, as parking will be a problem. There are many nice locations for weddings all around Charleston that would be easier.
